We have lower rates than most virtual assistant businesses. Our rates will depend on the quantity and complexity of your project. Because we won't know the depth of your project until we review it, the quote that we first give you may need to be upgraded accordingly and we will give you notice before continuing. We will also supply you with a contract agreement before the work begins.

Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeping Service Rates:

$15 per hr - answering phones, customer service, printing/envelope stuffing/mailing (plus postage), writing or managing emails, simple Internet research, making calls and setting appointments

$20 per hr - typing/word processing without formatting, complex Internet research, database development, proofreading, email campaigns, invoices, resumes/cover letters 

$25 per hr - bookkeeping, document design/format or clean up, editing, PowerPoint presentations without animation, simple graphic design, forms, templates, self-publishing on Amazon Kindle or Blurb

$30 per hr - animated PowerPoint presentations, website design using a website builder.

ALL RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE

$.02 per word - product reviews, product guides, blogs, and articles

$.03 per word - ghostwriting books, ebooks

$.25 per word - poetry, title composition, advertisements
